CONTEXT THAT STAYS WITH YOU

From “what happened?”
to “handled.”

Follow the issue through, with the device and the work in the same platform.

  1. 01

    See the issue.

Review alerts and endpoint health. Check inventory, performance, and recent activity.

  2. 02

    Take action.

Connect remotely, run a script, or manage an update with the endpoint context at hand.

  3. 03

    Close the loop.

Document the resolution, log your time, and keep a service history your team can use.

Business plans from $39.

CONTROL COMES WITH CONTEXT

Access with intention.
Actions with a record.

Managing someone’s fleet is a position of trust. Outpost provides controls for who can act and visibility into what happened.

Security and compliance

Scoped access

Roles and permissions control access to client environments and operational actions. Console sign-in supports multi-factor authentication.

Client data isolation

A separate database for each client keeps every client environment distinct.

Authenticated agents & a tamper-evident audit log

Agent connections use mutual TLS. Audit records are chained with SHA-256 hashes, so any change to the history can be detected.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you get started.

Which endpoints can I manage today?

Windows workstations and servers get the full feature set. Linux endpoints on amd64 and arm64 get inventory, monitoring, alerts, scripts, remote desktop, apt and dnf patching, and policy enforcement. FreeBSD and OpenBSD endpoints get a remote terminal, scripts, and a process list. More about Linux support.

The macOS agent is coming soon. Mobile device management for Android and iOS is on the implementation roadmap. These features will become available as they are completed.

How does the free trial work?

Create your account, complete onboarding, and enroll your first Windows or Linux endpoints. Your trial runs for 30 days, with no credit card required. The trial supports up to 50 endpoints on Essentials or 100 on Enterprise and MSP. Home Lab is free and needs no trial. Review your subscription in the customer portal before moving to paid service.

How is Outpost priced?

Home Lab is free for non-commercial use. Essentials is $39 a month. Enterprise is $99 a month and MSP is $199, each with the first 100 active endpoints included, then from $1.24 per active endpoint per month. An active endpoint is one online four hours or more in the month. Unmanaged network devices are $0.50 each per month. Estimate your monthly cost.

Does Outpost replace my antivirus or EDR?

No. Outpost has no malware detection of its own. It works alongside your antivirus or EDR and reports its status: Windows Security Center and Defender on Windows, and ClamAV, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, or SentinelOne on Linux.

Can I talk to someone first?
